Cancellation Policy for Courses, Retreats & Workshops
If you have booked onto a workshop or retreat, but you are now unable to attend, please let us know as soon as you can.
If you cancel up to 3 months before the course begins -
The deposit amount will be transferable* to another course and we will refund all other payments you have made for the course you are unable to attend.
If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of the course -
The deposit amount is non-refundable and non-transferable but we will refund any other payments made by you for the course you are unable to attend.
If you cancel within 30 days of the start of the course -
The deposit and accommodation fee are non-transferable and non-refundable. We will transfer* any payments made by you to another course.
If you cancel within 7 days of the start of the course -
The full fee for the course is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please note
On very rare occasions, it may be necessary to cancel a course, for instance because of illness of the leader or insufficient participant numbers or because of any other circumstances out of our control. In such cases you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
Deposits
Unless there is a specifically stated amount, deposits are 25% of the full value
of the course.
Fee transfers*
Payments transferred to other courses must be used within one year of the date of the course you were unable to attend.
Payments transferred to other courses cannot enjoy an early bird discount.
Moneys can only be transferred once.
If you leave the workshop before the end, you will not receive a refund.
We will always do our best to treat cancellations fairly and sympathetically.
